Masaba Gupta’s semi-fictional Netflix series Masaba Masaba just dropped the first teaser for its much-anticipated second season. Besides Masaba and Neena Gupta, the new season is set to star a host of new talents including Kolkata-based content creator Kareema Barry.

The Kolkata girl who attended Welland Gouldsmith School and The Heritage School in the city, shared the happy news on Instagram. Some of Barry’s quirky videos went viral during the pandemic and she acquired a following for her realistic satire. Though major details are yet to be revealed about Kareema’s role on the Netflix show, the promotional photo shows her featuring an offbeat look with artsy co-ords, leather boots, bright hair and Euphoria-esque make-up.
