Their upcoming film dwells on the life of noted Bengali actress and thespian Binodini Dasi

The glorious journey of Binodini Dasi, one of India’s most iconic theatre actresses, can be watched on the big screen soon. Producer Dev announced on Twitter that the project’s filming had been completed. Rukmini Maitra, who will be essaying the titular role, also bid a tearful farewell to the character on her social media handles, stating that it had changed something within her and was a dream that turned into reality. As the wait for post-production begins, we can’t wait to see the illustrious life of the celebrated thespian.
