Tollywood heartthrob Dev announced recently on his social media that he will be the new Byomkesh Bakshi in Byomkesh Durgo Rahasya. The actor-producer made this announcement on the completion of his 17th year in the industry. The project is going to be produced by Dev Entertainment Ventures and Shadow Films and the cast, crew and director announcements are to follow. The actor made his acting debut in Agnishapath in 2006 and has swiftly made his way to his audience’s hearts. With actors like Abir Chatterjee, Jisshu Sengupta, Parambrata Chatterjee, and Anirban Bhattacharya having all portrayed much-loved Bengali detectives, we can’t wait to see Dev’s new avatar.
