Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar come full circle with ‘Jigra’

Alia has recently posted a motion poster of the movie on Instagram announcing the release date

From debuting in a Dharma film to producing one, Alia Bhatt has come full circle with her latest venture Jigra. The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress wrote on Instagram, “...in many ways, it feels like coming full circle from where I started” with a post of a motion poster for the Vasan Bala (of Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota fame) directorial releasing next year. Produced by Karan Johar and Alia’s Eternal Sunshine Productions, the film marks her second production venture after Netflix’s Darlings in 2022. Alia also plays the lead role in the film that tells the story of courage, passion and determination of a sister and her brother. Hitting the big screens on September 27, 2024, Jigra will be the actress’s first action flick with Dharma Productions.
