Swifties across the world agree that Willow is by far the most enthralling music video released by Taylor Swift. Naturally the singer’s fandom saw the ‘Best Video’ nomination at the MTV EMAs coming. Ridden with Easter eggs, the 4:13 minute clip picks up exactly where Cardigan left off — Swift perched on a piano, drenched and donning … you know it … a cardigan. The tune is the lead track to Swift’s ninth studio album Evermore, and topped the Billboard 100 charts moments after its release. The talented singer recently made it to the top of the charts with her 10-minute short film All Too Well, which has been written and directed by her.

Another fantastic number nominated in the ‘Best Collaboration’ category is Girl Like Me by the American rap group Black Eyed Peas and Columbian crooner Shakira. The fast-paced beats by the rap medley coupled with Shakira’s patented oomph made the single an instant hit! Originally composed in ‘08, the number was released as a part of Black Eyed Peas' eighth studio album Translation in 2020. If you haven’t heard the song yet, tune in for some good ol’ Latino frills.
