Miley Cyrus hosted NBC’s New Year’s Eve Party in Miami alongside Pete Davidson and it was, of course, an extravagant affair with music, comedy and a crowd of fully-vaccinated attendees. Miley sang two songs with singer Brandi Carlile, the latter’s breakout hit The Story and Miley’s famous number The Climb.
“How lucky am I that I get to ring in 2022 singing one of my favourite songs of all time with one of my favourite artistes of all time. It’s chicks like her that make me want to do what I do,” Miley exclaimed during her performance of The Climb which she performed with an updated musical arrangement. Miley also debuted a new track called You much to her fans' delight. The artiste also covered Dolly Parton’s Jolene with her sister Noah and Will Smith’s Miami with co-host Pete Davidson.
