Prime Video’s retelling of the fairy tale has generated a lot of buzz for its unique take on the character. The music video for ‘Million to One’, sung by Camila Cabello was released on August 31, already notching over 2 million views. The lyrics hit hard, with Cabello crooning Cinderella's dreams in a world where a woman's ambition don’t matter, and her story arc is merely meant to compliment a man’s journey. For all the despair, the song also evokes Cinderalla’s hopes towards realising her ambition, no matter how starkly stacked the odds are against her. The movie promises to be an interesting take on a timeless character.
