Winters without Palak Paneer? Seems quite incomplete, no? Sawan Dutta agrees with you too, and so much so that she has weaved a love note for the revered winter must delicacy. The song comes with the recipe if you have been craving for some and were looking for a simplicious way to make it. The song is out from The Metronome’s recipe melody collection, and is a giggly number to tune in to, ushering in Saturday. 

For Sawan, Palak Paneer is “A dish that’s fit for a queen”. And with winter gearing up to pack its bag, this weekend seems like the perfect opportunity to add what’s missing from the ingredients list to the cart and pull out the apron.
