Glass puts her own spin on electro-pop

Crystal Castles frontwoman Alice Glass embarked on a solo career a few years ago and just dropped the newest single from her first full-length album, Prey//IV. “FAIR GAME is trauma core,” Glass wrote on Twitter, adding, “Crystal Castles was. ALICE GLASS is.”
Fair Game is an electro-pop number and has some powerful sonic elements. Glass also released a striking, glitchy music video directed by Bryan M. Ferguson where a woman tries to break away from heavy metal chains. The song is a deeply personal one for the artiste as she revealed in a recent statement. “Fair Game was cathartic for me to make, but also very difficult. I wrote it years ago, but couldn’t even listen to it again until recently. Now I dance along and smile,” she said,
The 13-track album is set to release on January 28, 2022
