Chaitown’s newest track should make it to your soft-rock playlist

The 4:42-minute track tells an intriguing story about second chances

Kolkata-based creative collective Chaitown Community has released a new track by singer Rydell Medley, which also features Allison Goble and Dipan Basak. The song titled Packing Ice is an unusual love ballad with evocative lyrics (like “All this while/ Packing ice around my heart/ Maybe now/ I feel it melting..”). It has been composed and sung by Medley with additional vocals from Goble.

The balmy track has elements of soft-rock and is accompanied by an interesting music video which switches between coloured and black-and-white visuals. The music video has been shot at the popular heritage property Glenburn Penthouse.
