Yauatcha has introduced a seafood specials menu for Poila Baisakh and it boasts some immaculate curation of soups, stir-fries, mains and desserts. The menu will be available till April 21 and will line up numbers, like the Deep-fried silver pomfret. The marinated fish is tossed in a sweet and sour sauce. The bite-sized pieces of raw mango introduce a tangy, flavourful kick to the number and you’ll love the familiar notes.
The Prawn and Scallop Gondhoraj dumplings make best use of the prized Gondhoraj lime. A drizzle of this fruit adds a clean and citrusy undertone of sweetness along with some subtle floral accents, to the fish which helps balance their natural flavours.
