Baker Onirban Sen’s brand Calcuttacooks is set to host a summer bake sale in the first week of May. And the main ingredient is… you guessed it, mangoes! The bake sale will line up some delicious mango-flavoured gourmet bakes and customers can also request their own curation of flavours. The bake sale will be held between May 1-3 and customers need to place their orders on or before April 30. “It's all about Aam, the king of all fruits. We can curate any flavour of your choice as well for mini cakes,” Sen shared.
The menu features Mango and Vanilla Buttercream Cake, Mango and Dark Chocolate Ganache with Hazelnut Praline Cake, Mango and Chocolate Buttercream with Salted Caramel Cake and Classic Mango Cheesecake with Roasted Pistachios.
You can order by the slice (Rs 280) or go for mini cakes (Rs 500).
