This Italian food festival needs your attention!

Kolkata’s newest Italian fine diner Veneto is hosting a 15-day food festival, The Italian Food Map. The event is set to offer eight Italian delicacies from eight different regions in Italy!

Try the grilled peach sticky tomato and burrata if you like a fresh, creamy pasta that’s dotted with cherry tomatoes and the buttery prawns and charcoal pasta if you prefer pasta with rich, earthy notes. There’s the effervescent and indulgent spring vegetable risotto made with crunchy leeks, spinach, fennel and Arancini (crumbed risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella) and you’ll also spot Aglio Gamberi e Calamari, perfect for those who hold a special place for seafood.

If you love the classics, go for the fettuccine bolognese (slow-cooked lamb in a fettuccine sauce) or the mango feta prosciutto pizza.
