What’s a Christmas lunch without a roast? Ekdalia Rd. puts a spin on the big, fat roast with its classic roast turkey that comes with a choice of four sauces, orange sauce, caramelised onion and red wine sauce, thyme and red wine sauce and a rosemary sauce.
“We have been doing Christmas roasts for four years in a row, ever since we started the brand. We really wanted to offer a diversity in technique because not everyone agrees on the sauce for the roast so we introduced the customisations on the menu. Not everyone wants a whole roast either and it can also get pricey, so we offer pre-portioned cuts which are big-sellers during this season especially since people can opt for a selection of sauces. In fact, we just got an order for a cranberry sauce!” says Surojit Rout, the founder. So, if you’re staying in this Christmas, you know what to order.
