Kolkata’s Sienna Store & Cafe is teaming up with The Soul Company with a one-of-kind, 10-course meal featuring some locally sourced ingredients from Bengal, as part of the fourth edition of The Soul Kitchen. The pop-up will be held at Mumbai's Magazine Street Kitchen on June 17 and 18. The dinner has been designed like a modern expression of traditional dishes, featuring Bengal's homegrown produce.
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options (including freshwater fish, shellfish and mutton) would be available and guests will also be served some delicious botanical blends by Hapusa Gin. Expect some of the most delicious recipes from Bengal, curated to appeal to your modern palate.
