If your love for Italian
cuisine extends beyond pizza and pasta, the Italian Food Festival at Ecohub is
made for you. Head over to the Ecospace Business Park and dive into an array of
Italian delicacies to have your taste buds tantalised. Try the Plate Grilled
Chicken with Rosemary and Wine jus or if you prefer fish, get yourself the
Braised Fish chunk with cream orange fondue, gals mash and veggies. Before you
dive into the mains, do take a bowl of the Traditional Minestrone Soup and of
course you have your options of Tortellini and Risotto. Finish off your meal in
the most Italian way possible with a Traditional Tiramisu to end the night on a
sweet note. The Italian Food Festival kicks off on April 20 and will be on till
April 28.
