A sando is typically a neatly wrapped, crustless sandwich (that originated in Japan) and is meant to offer a contrast in texture. These ice cream sandos too offer a play between the crispy vanilla biscuit base and rich, luscious craft ice cream; the gigantic, high-walled sandos come in flavours like Raspberry Swirl (speckled with freeze-dried raspberry), Belgian Chocolate and So Vanilla. They’re also really dunkable and some of them even come pre-dipped in chocolate. What’s not to like?
