Kolkata-based bakery Just Buns is serving a light and mildly sweet Castella cake as part of its menu. If you love fluffy or wobbly bakes, this Japanese sponge cake should be right up your alley. The Castella cake, which was most likely introduced in Japan by Portuguese travellers, is bouncier and more delicate than a regular sponge cake. Just Buns offers Castella in three flavours, namely Coffee, Vanilla and Chocolate.
