Bhoomi, the Bengali restaurant at Vedic Village Spa Resort, serves a sushi that has boneless ilish steamed with mustard and a hint of Kasundi, and red bird chillies all rolled up in fragrant gobindobhog sticky rice. If that was not enough, it is wrapped in Lau pata (bottle gourd leaves) and garnished with fried ilish eggs. The tamarind dipping sauce just ties the whole mouthful together.
