Classic vanilla ice cream all mixed up with seasonal fruits… some things just don’t get old. The taste of Tutifruity at Anand is one we all remember fondly; even though you wouldn’t ordinarily follow up a masala dosa with ice cream, at Anand, that’s just how it’s done. It’s never too late to revisit those familiar flavours. The simplicity of the vanilla flavour is a just the canvas for the fruits to create magic. The tart flavour of the fruit and the milky texture of the ice cream is bound together by the jam that seeps through the layers, creating a delightful ombre of pinks and whites. The nuts and wafer give it an added crunch… remember when it felt like we were chewing ice cream? That’s not all, there’s an extra scoop of ice cream like a dome on the glass, drizzled with rose syrup, with a literal cherry on top. No wonder, as kids, the glass felt like it was taller than us!
