Christmas may be over but you can still stock your pantry with Yuletide’s best flavours. Farm-to-bar label Paul and Mike has come up with a one-of-a-kind Biscoff and gingerbread spice mix chocolate bar that will help you well past gingerbread season. The bar has a 49% milk chocolate base (made with fine flavour cocoa beans, muscovado sugar, cocoa butter and milk powder), the beloved Lotus Biscoff biscuits, ginger, black pepper and some other homegrown spices.
The bar looks gorgeous with whole biscuits encrusted upon it; it’s simplistic and yet hearty. The caramelised notes from the Biscoff work wonders with the ginger’s slight peppery heat. The creamy milk chocolate is the perfect base for something this smooth and luscious. Pair it with a cold brew or something piping hot!
