Vegan Asian cloud kitchen Mizuki has a selection of steamed stuffed buns that make for the most delicious brunch options. The buns are slightly different in design than regular open-faced or folded baos, since they are cooked like old-school Chinese buns. The buns are made in-house to ensure the right consistency and texture and come with a selection of fillings. You’ll spot peanut carrot mushroom buns, black pepper broccoli celery buns, pak choy carrot tofu buns and spicy BBQ soya buns.

Each serving features three sizeable buns and customers can also opt for the pan-fried option. If you’re planning a weekend dinner or an intimate brunch, go for these single-serve stuffed buns and also throw in sliders from Mizuki’s menu that make for great appetisers.
