Spicy Steak Sub from The Daily Cafe

When it comes to sub sandwiches, the meatier the better! The Daily Cafe has designed a spicy steak sub that is sure to get a seal of approval from Joey Tribbiani himself! The pink, melt-in-your-mouth tenderloin is of course the hero of the dish, while fresh lettuce and gherkins are layered in between toasted seeded loaf (made in-house, slathered in spicy mayo and whole-grain mustard) to help balance out the rich umami of the red meat.
“I have always wanted to have steak subs on the menu, especially since I’ve enjoyed them in different countries all around the world. This steak sub is actually my take on the sandwich and I’ve brought in a few things I am very fond of myself!” shared Urvika Kanoi, chef-owner of The Daily Cafe.
