The online delicatessen Meatigo offers a pack of fresh frozen and sliced salmon. It has no preservatives and it’s sashimi-grade which means it’s also usable for sushi. Though cooking salmon can be a breeze, prepping it and slicing it is quite an ordeal, especially if you want thin, proportionate slices for an Eggs Benedict or a sandwich.
