Chocolatier Sanjana Patel’s boutique label La Folie has introduced handcrafted artisanal bonbons that are travel-friendly and have a decent shelf life. The perfectly tempered coating is crisp to the bite and the bonbons are filled with a range of luscious custards, ganache, caramel, pralines. They are made of the finest cocoa sourced from cooperatives across India, Africa and South America. The bonbons are currently available in nine-piece boxes that line up some really quirky flavours, from classic vegan caramel with black sesame nougatine to Japanese yuzu citrus ganache with strawberry crisp and floral tea (with cookie crunch).
Buyers can also opt for assorted boxes that feature 18 different luxe desserts such as raspberry & rose water marzipan, Italian hazelnut mousse, Togarashi and passion fruit caramel to a decadent chocolate ganache, and more.
