Sample some of the best creations devised by your favourite chefs as Sienna Cafe’s weekly specials menu lines up beloved recipes from popular cookbooks. The new menu which will is available till July 21, celebrates culinary literature with authentic renditions of some widely-loved signature recipes. You can spot writer and historian Chitrita Banerji’s favourite finger sandwiches featuring fresh veggies and cheese. You can also go for Asma Khan’s mutton chapli kebabs that come with roomali roti, pickled onions and gondhoraj lime.
The menu also features American chef Deborah Madison’s Ricotta Tortellini, Anahita Dhondy’s Salli Boti and a few more signatures.
