If you enjoy your brunches, don’t miss out on the Shroom Brioche from Motherland Studios & Cafe. Their soft and buttery milk brioche bun is the star only shone brighter with the creamy mushroom ragu lathered on top. Locally sourced wild mushrooms are cooked down in a signature cream sauce with flavours of truffle and parsley. You can add on your choice of eggs and we recommended a water poached egg that oozes when you cut into it. The runny yolk adds a fatty richness to the dish, but everything is well balanced out with the crispy freshness of the side salad of fresh hydroponic greens.
“We opened the cafe because we want to build a community for people to enjoy great food. The shroom brioche is one of our most popular menu items,” said Prateek Kayan, who co-owns Motherland Studios & Cafe with his sister, Esha.
