This is one food festival that you really must not miss. The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat is hosting the Malaysian Food Festival till May 15. Under the leadership of Chef Syahir and Chef Fahmi, the menu includes Cucur Udang Bersama Kuah Kacang, Malaysian Traditional Rojak Buah, Dalca Tulang Rusuk Berbiri, Ikan Goreng Berempah, Kambing Kurma Bersama Kentang and many more delicacies. There are two live stations as well — the Malaysian Interactive Live Station and the Malaysian Grill Station, for you to marvel at the culinary expertise of the chefs and you can interact with them as well.
