This dessert looks like something out of MasterChef. This delicately crafted dessert has white chocolate matcha dome sitting atop crumbly chocolate soil. You can’t miss the impossibly realistic green leaves! The dome acts as the vehicle for spongy Japanese soufflé layered with almond chocolate stone. There is a hint of crunch from the peanut praline that complements the creamy textures seamlessly. The matcha plays with the sweet flavours of the white chocolate, not only lending it a gorgeous hue but a flavour which is enhanced by the bright red raspberry sorbet. The minute the cold sorbet hits your tongue, your palate is cleansed and ready for the next spoonful of the dessert. This one is pure umami!
