Based out of Kasba Industrial Park, cloud kitchen Dastaan, is whipping up dishes like Dastaan-e-Kalimirch Murgh Kabab, Dastaan-e-Galauti, Dastaan-e-shami, Dastaan-e-Mutton Biryani, Dastaan-e-Seekh, Murgh Chaap, Dastaan-e-Makhhanwala Murgh, Ulte Tawe ka Paratha and Zaffrani Firni among others.
The Murgh Chaap looks regal and rich with a leg of meat sitting in a deep red gravy. The gravy is prepared by making a paste of cashews, charmagaz (pumpkin seeds) and posto (poppy seeds). This rich paste, when cooked with red chillies, curd and the floral notes of kewra, creates a blend of sweet and spicy flavours. With a leg of meat sitting in a deep red gravy, their regal looking Murgh Chaap, when paired with rumali roti or lachha paratha, makes a meal fit for kings!
