It’s not every day your seafood options will involve octopus, but now it can! If you like the texture of squid, you’re going to enjoy digging into octopus. Built tall, the Octopus Burger at Ecstasea is made with a perfectly poached young mollusk which is then grilled, making it a very tender filling. The flavours are enhanced with the crunchy and creamy patty made with chopped octopus, potatoes, cheese, chillies and onion. The toasted buns are lathered with mayonnaise and cheese which hold the lettuce, tomatoes, patty and of course the show-stopper grilled octopus! Served with a side of hand-cut potato wedges, this burger is a seafood lover’s dream come true!
