The team has come up with quirky recipes featuring mangoes, so you’ll spot picks like Not Your Aam Gupchup shots that come with a sweet and sour homemade aam panna along with chatpata potato, edamame and chickpea stuffed pani puri to shudhh desi tacos, topped with chilli mango.

One of the biggest highlights is the Pride of Malda which puts a fun twist on the classic Chingri Malai Paturi. The hearty dish is made with prawns wrapped in banana leaf and cooked with coconut milk, Malda mango and cashew nuts and served with gobindobhog rice and a sweet mango pickle.
