Monkey Bar’s new seasonal blockbuster menu is packed with exciting Indian flavours and delightful interpretations of mango-inspired dishes from across the country. From Desi Tacos (made with a desi twist of braised jackfruit wrapped in wholewheat tacos) or a twist on Bengal’s Chingri Malai Paturi (prawns wrapped in banana leaf and cooked with coconut milk, Malda mango and served with gobindobhog rice) – the menu has everything.
Some of the standout dishes are Odisha’s street food favourite, Not Your Aam Gupchup (spiced potato and chickpea stuffed pani puri with roasted green mango, served with a sweet and sour home-made aam panna) and Kerala’s She’s Meen That Way (the famous fish mango curry, served with steamed rice and accompanied with delicious home-made mango ginger and mustard pickle).
