Making Dan Dan noodles is an art and finding them in the city can be quite a chore. But we did locate a beloved spot which serves authentic Dan Dan noodles. Marbella’s makes scrumptious Dan Dan noodles featuring udon noodles cooked in a chilli-oil broth. The noodles which originated in the Sichuan province of China are best known for their fiery mix of spices and the umami-rich flavour profile.
They’re usually topped with veggies and nuts and you can pair them with some potstickers or maybe some chicken tenders. Happy Friday!
