Kung Pao Pomfret Sizzler at The Lord of the Drinks

Savour the piping hot drama of the sizzler along with familiar Chinese flavours with a Sichuan-style pomfret sizzler at The Lord of the Drinks. It's made with Chinese cooking wine that helps deglaze the pan and bind the flavours. The fish (fresh pomfret marinated in chillies, lemon and soya sauce and then fried to golden perfection) is served on a bed of fried rice and veggies that have been sautéed in soya sauce. The Kung Pao sauce, on the other hand, is created with Sichuan peppercorns, aromatics like ginger and garlic, and finished off with the sweet hoisin sauce which balances out the different notes. And just like any good sizzler it crackles and pops on its way to your table making sure it gets the attention it deserves. You can avail of this till October 15.
