Chef Katherine Chung is set to host A Theatre of Hakka Flavours — an exclusive eight-course tasting menu that lines up some of the most exquisite Hakka delicacies. The pop-up which is scheduled for June 18 and 19, is hosted by Skai, in collaboration with Gormei. The line-up will feature Hakka specialities from Tangra to Toronto, which are often hard to find in Asian restaurants in the city.
The menu offers picks like Rice Cakes Tempura, Soy Braised Pork Belly With Salted Egg Yolk, Chicken en Papillote and some potables like Chrysanthemum Herbal Tea, Rice Wine Sparkler etc.
