The page’s latest reel features an interview with Asma Khan, the restaurant’s founder, about her two essential dishes: Kosha Mangsho and Keema Toastie. Khan reveals that the first dish demonstrates the love and patience with which she prepares her food, and showcases the love everyone needs in their life. The second one takes her on a nostalgic journey to her schooldays, when at home, the boys who played cricket and football were given a full meal with rice, while girls like her were given the sandwich like a leftover. She loved the sandwich so much that she makes it at her restaurant as a celebration of every woman who deserves to be acknowledged!
