Soak in the flavours of 19th century Bengal in this one-of-a-kind curated food festival. From Mishti Kesari Bhaat to Sabarna Anandamohini, savour some of the delectable dishes of the region that date back centuries in history. A delight to the palettes of vegetarians and non-vegetarians, the festival menu is a set one and needs to be pre-ordered.

What’s on offer: Mishti Kesari Bhaat (sweet basmati rice), Mishti Daal (coconut flavoured daal), Sabarna Ananda Mohini (Narkel er Kochuri), Sabarna Damodar Bhog (spicy aloor dum with a twist), Sabarna Pranmohini (sweet stuffed potol in kheer), Niramish Pathaar Mangsho (Mutton curry)
