The Aauris hotel’s Scarlet Coffee Bar is opening their very own patisserie and is it all set to be their crowning jewel. With great takeaway options and a few tables to sit and enjoy your dessert at, this patisserie is creating delectable sweet treats.

Their Dark chocolate and Hazelnut Crémeux is built on a rich chocolate fudge base and layered with salted caramel and chocolate fudge slices. The real showstopper of the dessert is the silky milk chocolate mousse which is topped off with some Belgium truffle and a generous serving of caramel glaze, peppered with pieces of hazelnut for that added crunch. With different textures giving it a delightful mouthfeel, this dessert is every chocolate lover’s dream come true.
