There are very few foods that are as classic as a steak. If you’re looking to rustle up a few at home this season, head to Calcutta Stories Café & Deli. The eatery is offering a bevy of cuts — from tenderloin and rib-eye to hump, tomahawk and brisket — at Rs 600 per kilogram. “We have both fresh cuts as well as dry-aged cuts. We age the meat in cold air over a period of time, which enhances the flavour. Personally, I feel the aged-cuts make for better steaks!” says restaurateur Prithvish Chakravarti, owner of the brand. Both pork and beef cuts are available and orders need to be placed one day in advance.
