The biscuit base which holds the whole dessert together, is light and buttery. The main layer of cheesecake is dense, created from fresh cream cheese and sugar, lending it that tart-sweet flavour. Once chilled, the cheesecake top is smothered with a Lotus Biscoff spread. Known for the distinctive flavours of caramel and cinnamon, the Biscoff spread adds a great depth of flavour to the creamy cheesecake. The concoction is topped off with crushed Biscoff cookies, sprinkled around the edge of the cheesecake, adding texture, to every bite.
