Amar Khamar, known for bringing natural ingredients to customers, has organised two days of lunch and dinner showcasing the hyperlocal culinary excellence from the local hands of Kalimpong. Amar Khamar has been delivering the local produce of this region for quite some time and now they are all set to present their rich culinary heritage to foodies of Kolkata. The vegetarian menu has been curated with the local produce of Kalimpong for the Kalimpong table. Amar Khamar has organised dining experiences with local produce before, but Kalimpong is on the table for the first time.
