Nothing beats the samosa when it comes to snacking. From a midnight snack to a tea-time accompaniment and a shareable nibble, it can effortlessly slide into any plate. Fabcafe has updated the samosa and made it healthier, smarter and a lot more palatable. Fabcafe’s street food range essentially re-imagines popular fast snacks as healthier versions of their classic recipes. Their baked samosas, for instance, have no maida. They have a whole wheat base and feature a flavourful keema and peas filling, packaged in a crispy whole wheat samosa. They’re baked using desi cow ghee, so there’s almost no grease. The samosas are served with their delicious mint, chutneys and onions.

You can also go for their arbi mattar ke samosa, which is made with arbi (colocasia root) and green peas.
