Chocolate, chilli, bourbon and apple smoke = Midas touch

Can you think of a more iconic trio than Athos, Porthos and Aramis? If not, then the good folks at Farzi Cafe would like to help. Try their ‘Three Musketeers’ cocktail – a heady concoction put together using three magic ingredients, namely chocolate, fresh chilli and bourbon whisky.
The Midas touch to this drink, however, comes from the infusion of applewood smoke. “Chocolate and chilli form a beloved combination, given the contrast between their sweetness and pungency,” said Farzi Café mixologist Kumar Mangalam. “But what makes it even more special is getting the apple smoke aroma on the nose first, followed by the sweet-sharp flavour upon sipping.”
