This decadent dessert from Fabbrica is a caffeine lover’s dream come true. Served in a dessert glass, hot espresso is poured over sweet vanilla ice cream and is topped with 76% Belgian chocolate.
The game changer however, is the way in which the different temperatures of the ingredients in the dessert complement each other. The warmth of the espresso not only balances out the chill of the ice cream but also gently melts it, thereby creating a unique flavour with each bite.
