How to keep kajal from smudging? Sreenanda has a hack

Only kajal lovers will understand, having a perfect smudge is hard to attain. But fashionista and pro in makeup Sreenanda Shankar knows how to make her kajal put, and has dropped an easy hack. All you need is kajal (the darker, better) of your choice, a makeup brush that she recommends (it’s for the keeps, really) and follow her simple process.

Makeup quirks from My Kolkata for you to experiment:

1. Try the same hack with a brown kajal if you want to keep it nude but defined
2. If you like a bolder smudge on the lower lashline, wear kajal and put black shimmer or non shimmer eyeshadow below the kajal. Smudge well for a soft smokey look
3. If you want a full-on smokey eye look, repeat the hack on the upper eyelid too
