What you need:
14 ounces of heavy cream
14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon of almond essence
14 ounces of your favourite Irish whiskey
What to do:
Combine all the ingredients other than the whisky, in a blender until it attains a smooth, creamy mix.
Then. stir in the whiskey and you’re good to go!
Tip: Refrigerate the liqueur overnight for a deliciously silken texture. Enjoy it as a glaze on a doughnut, as the secret ingredient in a cheesecake, as the punch in your morning coffee, or simply turn it into a fancy martini!
