Victoria Beckham’s Green Monster smoothie

Victoria Beckham recently made headlines when her husband David Beckham revealed she has been eating grilled fish and steamed veggies for dinner for the past 25 years. And while this may sound unrealistic in the golden age of food delivery, we can still take some wellness pointers from Posh. The designer is also known to make a Green Monster smoothie for her family which is made with fresh fruits and can really boost your morning routine.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup of almond milk, or any nut milk
2 cups spinach
1 cup broccoli
1 cup kiwi sliced
1 apple sliced into pieces
1/4 avocado
1 teaspoon organic chia seeds

Method

  • Put all the chopped fruits in a blender.
  • Add the milk and the organic chia seeds and a dash of coconut water, if needed. Blend well till smooth.
  • Pour it in a tall glass.
