It’s a no-fuss recipe with a marinade that seeps into the fish to flavour and season it with ingredients like cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and even the oil of your favourite pickle. Once marinated, the fish is placed on a baking tray with veggies of your choice and baked to perfection. The fish skin gets charred while the flesh is still juicy and flaky. This is a great dish to make when you’re having guests over, because it is so easy to share. Serve it hot, right out of the oven and add a dash of lemon juice and sprinkling of more chaat masala to give it the masaledar kick!
