No one does a roast better than Gordon Ramsay. The British chef, restaurateur and author keeps his fans happy with his easy-to-follow recipes on social media and recently took to YouTube to share three Sunday roast recipes.
His first pick was a stuffed rib of beef, complete with tangy horseradish Yorkshire puddings. And though it sounds elaborate, Gordon along with his daughter Megan, was able to incorporate a minimal approach to the cooking part. “For me, the only downside of a perfect roast dinner is the fight about who washes up afterwards. So Megan and I are going to avoid that by cooking everything in one roasting tin, starting with the spinach and mushroom stuffing,” Gordon shared with his viewers. The chef also made a crispy roast duck with black bean dipping sauce and a simple roast chicken with chickpea stuffing.
